  • Cancel with 48 hours' written notice at any time
  • Hire charges paid in advance for the agreed period
  • Equipment cleaned & safety-checked before every hire
  • We set up the equipment and show you how to use it on delivery
  • Equipment must be kept clean, dry, and stored appropriately
  • Cleaning fee of up to £25 if returned in unsatisfactory condition
  • Hirer responsible for damage beyond fair wear and tear
